'On Point' Beach House, Jeffreys Bay.

This house has an abundance of natural light and is only a minute walk away from Lower Point, one of the most popular surfing spots in Jeffreys Bay. Whether you visit Jeffreys Bay for its surf or simply just to relax, ‘On Point’ is the place for you. The space No‘On Point’ is a beautifully decorated two story house with a prime location in Jeffreys Bay that sleeps up to 6 persons. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge area, open-plan kitchen, dining room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom includes an open plan bathroom and its own enclosed toilet. An outside viewing deck connects the living room to the dining room. In the dining room there is a built in BBQ for those of you looking to get their ‘Braai’ on. Other amenities on the first floor include a guest toilet and a laundry, with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor are the 2 guest bedrooms, which sleep a total of 4 persons. Both bedrooms include two single beds, perfect for family, friends and children. The second floor also includes a bathroom, study and another living space. There is also an enclosed rooftop lounge offering stunning panoramic views, a perfect space to socialize or simply sit down and relax. The house is surrounded by a garden which includes a storage hut, perfect for storing your surf boards. In the front garden there is a seating area, should you wish to enjoy the weather outside. Further, there is space for your vehicles to be parked in the back garden. The house also includes free wifi, however, it should be noted that the internet speed is not very fast as optical fiber cables have not yet been installed in the area. The speed should be sufficient for basic internet use (i.e. emails, messaging, browsing, etc.). There is also a Smart TV with Netflix and DSTV. Supermarket, (surf)shops, restaurants, and ATMs are all a short drive away. Important notice: A separate studio unit which is attached to the bottom deck of the house is rented out separately. The only share space between the studio and the guest house is the outside garden. Both the house and studio unit have their own private entrances. Also, please note that there is a home being constructed next door, so there will be some noise and workers for part of the day until the home is complete. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the private studio on the lower floor (own private entrance). The guests will also have access to the entire garden area.
