The space The newly refurbished Peak Lodge sleeps up to 25 guests in comfortable bunk-style accommodation across five bedrooms. Each bedroom features five single beds arranged in a mix of cabin and bunk-style layouts, making it ideal for groups, families, and shared stays. The property includes a large communal lounge with TV and dining tables for all guests, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a generous outdoor patio area. There is also a heated drying cupboard, perfect for wet walking, hiking, or climbing gear after a day in the Peak District. Bathroom facilities are designed for group use and include separate male and female washroom areas with private cubicle-style showers and toilets. The female facilities offer two showers and two toilets, while the male facilities include two showers and one toilet plus additional upstairs and accessible toilets. Set in the charming hamlet of Upper Hulme at the foot of The Roaches within the Peak District National Park, the lodge is surrounded by stunning scenery and endless walking, hiking, and climbing routes, making it an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Local pubs and amenities are just a short distance away, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. The property comprises two lodges: Stanley’s Rest and Peak Lodge. These can be booked separately or together and are connected via an interlinking tunnel, creating one large accommodation for up to 34 guests across seven bedrooms. We welcome hen parties, stag groups, and birthday celebrations; however, both lodges must be booked for these occasions to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.
