On the 1st floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet. The special feature of this villa is the large, fully fenced outdoor area where children can play carefree. Youth groups under the age of 25 are not allowed. Guest access The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 849 m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40 m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool with a barbecue and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not so warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request. Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and amount is 500,-Eur (the deposit will be returned when leaving the accommodation facility after checking that there is no damage in the facility). *Pool heating is possible on request. *Surcharge for pool heating is 200,-Eur (weekly). *The villa is not suitable for parties, and the arrival of young groups (under 25 years old) is not allowed.
