Alessa Lofts is a set of 9 studios suitable with all the basic needs to live in the most authentic Cancun area in a cozy and modern atmosphere. This studio has 2 double beds, a very tasteful terrace with tropical plants to further enhance the stay, a kitchenette, a TV and a full bathroom. The common area terrace is a completely open space to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The space This room has 2 queen size beds, a wardrobe, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking, a microwave, a mini-bar, a 50-inch TV, a breakfast bar and a cozy terrace. Guest access At Alessa Lofts, we only share the common terrace area so that any guest can enjoy its view and sunsets! Other things to note We are located in the heart of downtown Cancun, a few steps walk from Costco, Soriana and the two emblematic stadiums of Cancun (Andrés Quintana Roo de las Iguanas de Cancún for soccer and the Beto Avila de los Tigres de Quintana Roo for baseball). Right in front we have Kabah Park, one of the few natural walking areas in a 100% natural environment with local vegetation and fauna. We are surrounded by different restaurants with all kinds of food such as Chinese, Seafood, Mexican Breakfasts, Steakhouses, Tacos, Sushi and more. On one side is the Santander bank in case you want to withdraw Mexican pesos and a Go Mart (grocery store and basic products with 24-hour hours in addition to a gas station). We have free parking and 24-hour security, as well as daily housekeeping if needed.
