The detached house offers plenty of space for up to 5 people and is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet suburb of Waltershausen. The surroundings offer many excursion options in the immediate vicinity. In particular, hikes in the beautiful Thuringian Forest are available. There is a lot to discover. Restaurants, swimming pools, ice skating rink, various shopping and cultural events are very close. The space Living room The apartment has a large living room with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), cozy reading corner, sofa, 42-inch flat-screen satellite TV, radio. Kitchen Kitchen-living room with stove, air fryer, refrigerator and freezer, large dining table (extendable up to 2 meters) with six chairs. Bedrooms Two beds (90 x 200 cm, also possible as a single bed variant), wardrobe, safe. Guest/children's room Single bed (90 x 200), sideboard, 32-inch flat-screen TV, radio. Bathroom Large shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine, laundry rack. Hallway/corridor Spacious corridor with plenty of room for shoes, jackets and luggage. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, please let us know before arrival if you need linens, towels, a baby travel cot or a high chair. Dogs (max. 1 dog up to 35 kg) only on request. A barbecue is also available. The garden in front of the house is available for shared use. The remaining property area is temporarily used by the landlord. However, your privacy is very important to us! Private parking spaces for up to two cars are available. Children are of course welcome! On request there is a children's travel cot as well as a high chair available. However, we would like to point out the parental supervision obligation, especially in the garden.
