Guest access Guest Access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and one-acre property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private deck, spacious yard, and firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a vintage Wedgwood stove, is available for your use, along with a comfortable living and dining area. Parking is available on the property, and the home is just a short walk to the beach for easy coastal access. Other things to note House Rules To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these house rules: General Rules No smoking anywhere on the premises. No parties or events – This is a peaceful retreat, and we ask guests to respect the neighbors. No unauthorized guests or visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Pets Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended inside the home. No pets on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Noise & Neighborhood Respect Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially outdoors. Property Care Please respect the home and its furnishings. Report any damages or issues promptly. Do not rearrange furniture. Kitchen & Appliances Use the vintage Wedgwood stove with care. Clean up after cooking and dining. Fireplace & Firepit The indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use. The outdoor firepit is available, but please ensure it is fully extinguished after use. No fireworks or open flames other than the firepit. Dispose of trash properly to avoid attracting wildlife. Pet Policy & Additional Cleaning Fees We welcome pets at our property; however, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests: Breed Restrictions: Unfortunately, we do not allow Cane Corso or Pit Bull breeds on the property. If a restricted breed is brought to the home, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund. Pets Indoors: Pets are allowed inside the house, but if there is any pet waste (urine or feces) found inside the home, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. No Pets on Furniture or Bedding: To maintain cleanliness and prevent damage, pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Please bring a pet bed or blanket for their comfort. Yard Cleanup Responsibility: Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets in the yard. If multiple pet waste piles are left behind, a $100 fee will be charged after your stay.
