The space Private room and bathroom in shared space with owner in spacious two storey home (stairs to room). Generally light kitchen use only, with prior conversation, understanding and agreement. Lots of sun. Welcome to sit in sunny living room, and front and back outside. Brand new enlarged windows and insulation. One of only a handful solar ready homes in the city! (Photos not yet updated). Guest access 20 mins walk to C-Train, UofC and Alberta Children's Hospital. 15-30 mins walk to two malls, organic grocer and restaurants. 10 mins to bus. 10-15 walk to car2go. Many walking paths and parks nearby. 5-10 mins easy drive to highway, where you are minutes from Calgary Olympic Park, city limits, and on the way to provincial and national parks. Free parking.
