Guests must register at front desk for a one time fee of $20 for parking pass. Pack and play available The space Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, sink and refrigerator/freezer. Many basic dishes and flatware are in the cupboards. Pots and pans along with a coffee maker are provided. Bedroom has a queen bed, while the two hallway bunks are cot sized, about 75" long. Guest access All common areas are available to be used, including the pools and grill/seating areas. Parking and beach access with the keycard which is provided upon check in, $20 check in fee is assessed to obtain parking pass and decal. Other things to note Renovations are ongoing on the property grounds, so please excuse the mess. Also, there is a fair amount of road construction and work being done in the area to add drainage and access with the new harbor bridge in the area. Please be aware that many residents live in these buildings, so please be courteous of others and clean up after yourself in the common areas.
