Come enjoy The Stacks at Hyco Lake with friends and family! This 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom waterfront retreat sleeps up to 10 and is just 20 minutes from both Roxboro & Virginia. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch swing, evenings by the fire pit, and lake fun with floats, kayaks, paddle boards, and more! The space Spacious Lakefront Home with Expansive Views! Our property spans about 1 acre with ample parking space. Main Floor The main floor features the kitchen, dining, and main living room areas. Large picture windows allow for gorgeous views of the lake from every room on the main floor. French doors lead to a large, wrap-around deck with options for comfortable seating in a covered area, or in the open air. The kitchen is well-appointed with an air fryer, oven, crockpot, toaster, Keurig & regular coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, along with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils to make cooking a breeze. Also on the main floor is one bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The main floor also has an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs Upstairs you’ll find two twin beds, each with a trundle, and a half bath. Downstairs Downstairs features one bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the bottom floor is a full-size washer and dryer, an additional living room with a sleeper sofa, and outdoor views and access. The Dock A short walk from the house, the dock is 2,500 sq ft with plenty of room for all activities! The lake is approximately 7 feet deep at the end of the dock and ladders are in place for easy water access from the dock. The boat house features a bar area with a television and refrigerator. You’ll also find fishing gear, floats, kayaks, paddle boards, and various sizes of life vests. Ample seating options are available in both covered and open air areas. Internet and Remote Work Our home offers lightning-fast Spectrum internet, the best you'll find in the area. Bring your remote work and enjoy meetings with a view! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, except for a few locked supply closets. Keypad entry will be provided with check-in information prior to your arrival. You'll also have access to everything on the dock. Please ensure little ones and non-swimmers wear a life vest, as the water can be around 10 ft deep off the end of the dock. Please note that there are no baby gates or childproof devices. • No Pets Allowed • During peak season there may be minimums for nights required to book a stay. Please check our calendar to be sure before settling in on dates. • We offer a variety of life jacket sizes, but you may want to bring your own just in case we don't have the perfect size for your needs. • You will find plenty of float options in the dock house. • The dock house has its own full-size refrigerator. • There is a large built-in specialty propane grill for your use on the outside lower-level patio. • You will want to drive into Roxboro or Danville for full grocery shopping, but there is a Dollar General conveniently located about 5 minutes from the lake house as well as an ice stand. • Firewood is not provided, but you are welcome to use the fire pit. • Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. *** PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING *** REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK: The primary renter must be 25 to book this property PARTIES/EVENTS: We do NOT allow any parties or events at this property LAKE SAFETY RULES and THINGS TO NOTE: Use of the water toys/activities is at the guest's own risk and discretion We are not liable for any injuries or harm that occur on the premises of any kind. Renter/Leasee waives and assumes risk and will release the owner from all liability for injuries that may result from participation in the use of the property or physical activity (i.e., swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc.). Boats may be tied to the dock during your stay but lifts are not available for use. Owners are NOT responsible for any damage to boats during renter/leasee stay. Renter/leasee assumes ALL responsibility for damage done to the dock/boat house structure during their stay. Ability to use and or rent a boat on Hyco lake will NOT be factored into cancellation or refund. We rent a house and a dock, not boats. If water can be accessed for swimming and play off the dock a refund will NOT be given. It is advised that you contact hosts to inquire about boat docking and or rental before booking. PETS: No Pets Allowed SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in this house. There will be a $1,000 fee if guests violate this policy. Any outdoor smoking should be cleaned up after. Remains found will result in a fee QUIET TIME: Quiet time is between 10 PM and 6 AM. Please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum in order to respect our neighbors FIREWOOD: Firewood is not guaranteed during your stay Bundles are sold at Hyco Lake Marina PARKING: There is plenty of space to park in the driveway. LOCATION: The Stacks is close to Virginia International Raceway, Hyco Marina, Tunnel Creek Vineyards, Jibtopia, Bar 119, and only 37 minutes from Caesars Casino in Danville Va and other area attractions. SAFETY: Use of the paddle boards and other water toys are at the guests' own risk and liability. Please provide your kids as well as your entire group with life jackets. ** NOTE: The lawn service provider may come to take care of the lawn during your stay. Please allow them to do their job, they are respectful of your time and will keep all disturbance to a minimum. Booking with us means that you have read these notices in their entirety, acknowledge our deposit and cancellation policies, and agree to our terms and conditions. A rental lease stating the same will be sent to you upon booking if requested. By booking our space you agree to the terms and conditions in the lease. Thank you for your understanding!
