OUTDOORS: Small private boat dock with over 100ft of lake frontage to yourself, large driveway for parking up to 6 cars, keyless entry, outdoor string lighting, furnished patio, gas grill, fire pit. Directly beside community boat launch including additional parking. You are more than welcome to swim in the lake. The shore allows easy shallow access. We always encourage a life jacket when swimming in open water such as a lake. This is a true 1900s farm house. The living room, kitchen and primary bath have been upgraded. The other bedrooms have the original character. LIVING ROOM: Cozy living room with beautiful nature views, TV/Internet, non-burning fire place, seating for 6 adults. The furnishings are brand new. KITCHEN: Large fully equipped with cooking essentials, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, wine/cocktail glasses, towels, air fryer, large farmhouse style dining table. MAIN LEVEL MASTER BEDROOM: cozy bedroom with queen size bed, attached full bathroom. BEDROOM 2: breathtaking view of the lake upstairs, includes a queen bed and twin size bed, hardwood throughout, smart TV BEDROOM 3: Open view of the lake, queen size bed, smart TV, access to bedroom 4. BEDROOM 4: This room is HUGE including 4 beds ranging in size. A great set up for hosting a large crowd, includes 2 smart TVs. BATH: 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, linens, soaps, hairdryer. The primary bath has been fully renovated in 2025. GENERAL: Starlink WiFi, mini-split HVAC heat/air, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, towels/linens. Wraparound covered front porch with rocking chairs for everyone to enjoy the lake view and string lights. The lake house sits on 5 acres of mostly wooded land. This is a very private peaceful part of the lake. While this is waterfront it is still a gentle walk down to the lake, where you'll find over 100 feet of lake frontage, perfect for yard games, grilling, camping, fishing and everything in between. You are more than welcome to bring your golf cart or UTV to travel up and down to the lake from the house. There is a host of wildlife to be seen ranging from deer, turtles, geese. We are 15-20 minutes off of I-81. 30 minutes to Radford 45 minutes to Virginia Tech 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Guest access You have full access to the 5 acre property outside of an owners closet and room in the home. The lake access allows for swimming and boat access.
