Large bedroom with queen size bed, large flatscreen TV with WiFi, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator / freezer, full bathroom with large tub, free internet access, small table and 2 chairs for dining, hanging space for clothes, luggage rack, basic kitchen essentials such as drink ware, coffee mugs, plates and utensils. Large patio, fire pit with chairs, gas grille and dining table are for your private use. NO USE of Hot Tub is permitted. Ring cameras monitor all outside spaces. Guest access Park in home’s driveway, walk on concrete path around back to a patio. Up three steps to a deck. Down a full flight of steps to a private basement entry with coded access. During your stay Room is only available when home is unoccupied. While you will not see your host, Katrina is available at all times by phone or text.
