Other things to note "RULES OF LIFE at La Vie Est Belle" -STATIONMENT Tenants undertake to respect the regulatory parking of all vehicles of the people invited to stay in our village. Tenants acknowledge that they fully release the owner's liability in case of non-compliance with this rule of civility. 3 Parking spaces are in front of the villa. There are also public parking spaces on the adjacent streets in the village. However, the parking spaces are not private, the rural public parking lots belong to all! -SÉJOUR Our Villa is NEITHER a HOTEL NOR a PARTY ROOM, we ask you to take care of it, within its enclosure and surroundings, and to ensure the TRANQUILITY of the NEIGHBORHOOD and the QUIET of the VILLAGE while respecting the BASIC RULES of LIFE in SOCIETY. Cleaning is done for your arrival and is included for 12 people, beyond this number, a supplement will be requested. (Consult Morgane) Moving furniture or bedding is not allowed. -BRUIT & BEHAVIOR NO NOISE IS ALLOWED FROM 11:00 P.M. TO 11:00 A.M. Particularly relevant are the following areas: GARDEN, SWIMMING POOL, and VILLAGE STREETS. -> ABUSE of ALCOHOL is NOT ALLOWED in our Villa and DRUG USE is PROHIBITED. -> The use of the SHISHA is NOT ALLOWED. -> Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the VILLA . -> The use of CONFETTI or STICKERS on windows and walls is NOT PERMITTED. -> The use of the wood-burning stove is temporarily suspended, its use can be dangerous at the moment. The tenants acknowledge that the owner is fully responsible for non-compliance with this rule of civility within the framework of the Public Health Code: Article R. 1336-5 of the Public Health Code "...No particular noise must harm the tranquility of neighbors or health, whether by its duration, repetition or intensity. This applies both to private places and to public places, day or night… ”. -PISCINE ->The swimming pool is available from May 1 to September 30. If you want to have access to the pool during the month of April or October, you will be asked for an extra €200. Mensuration Long 7m30 / Width 3m50 / Height 1M40 Water volume 37m2 -The pool is heated, however when the outside temperatures are below 15 degrees, we cannot guarantee an optimal water temperature. The pool must be covered with its tarpaulin after each use to preserve the cleanliness and temperature of the water. In accordance with current legislation, the pool is equipped with a safety fence. Under no circumstances should this equipment be disassembled or replace permanent vigilance regarding people who cannot swim, including children who remain under the full responsibility of their parents, family and accompanying persons. The tenants acknowledge that the owner is fully responsible for accidents occurring to themselves, their family or their guests.
