The King Waterfront Cottage (Sleeps 4): Each bedroom offers a king size bed with Roku tvs. Master bedroom featuring a wheelchair accessible ensuite full bathroom. 3. The 1920s Waterfront Home (Adults Only, Sleeps 5): A uniquely styled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasting a king ensuite with a half bath, a queen bedroom with a shared full hallway bathroom, and an upstairs full bed with a full bathroom and a private outdoor water-view balcony. 4. The Barn Living Quarters (Sleeps 6): A convenient 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom space attached to the barn complex, featuring two queen beds and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom. The beautiful river trail is accessible with a zero slope shallow beach with picnic table and fire pit. Each waterfront home has access to a gentle slope to the water. This makes for easy kayak, canoe and row boat launching. There is also a private boat launch. Should you decide to bring your boat, discuss boat launch and boating access with host prior to booking. Many parts of the river and beach areas are shallow making it a haven for children and adults.
