The space At the heart of this property is an impressive stone inglenook in the kitchen/diner which houses a multi-fuel burner - the perfect accompaniment on a cool evening. This welcoming room has a kitchen set below a sloping, timber-clad ceiling with a breakfast bar for two, a window seat and antique furnishings that include a traditional oak settle. Although there is no washing machine, a free laundry service is available. In the lounge you can gather around the flame-effect electric fire and play games, watch TV or read one of the many books in the bookcase. The two prettily decorated bedrooms, a double and a twin, share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, with grab bar. Head outside and relax on your private patio with seating and breathe in the fresh Welsh air. You also have use of a shared, impeccably maintained garden that has seating areas, an arbour and a large lawn with a fish pond and garden furniture. Secure bike storage is provided, and there is even space for a small boat. The cottage is just 3 miles from Pwllheli and its marina, beaches, shops and cafes. Criccieth and its famous castle are 7 miles, while the popular coastal resort of Abersoch is 9 miles - the place to go for a variety of water sports. From here there is superb walking on the Wales Coast Path, rural cycling, sailing, windsurfing, horse riding and golf, while the historic walled town of Caernarfon - one of the most popular places to visit in Wales - is just 17 miles.
