Dogs are welcome here. For the dogs, the adjacent hiking trail is outside the front door. Action & Adventure – Sports Opportunities at the Front Door The region around Malix, Brambrüesch, Churwalden, Parpan and Lenzerheide is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and sports enthusiasts: in summer, hiking trails, bike trails, climbing routes and swimming lakes await you. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts, trails and winter hiking trails in short distances. Whether it's downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, biking, hiking or trail running. You can reach the city of Chur for your shopping or an extended city stroll in 13 minutes and the surrounding mountain areas by car as follows: Brambüesch 10 minutes Churwalden 10 minutes Lenzerheide 17 minutes We share a special place with you! Our oasis is located about 700 meters from the village and is accessible via a straight pebble path – ideal for guests who are looking for something special and love nature. We recommend traveling by car! Shopping, restaurants and cable cars are not within walking distance. Please note that the access road is a pebble/split street that is green in the middle. It is not suitable for heavily deployed vehicles (see picture in the picture gallery). In exceptional cases, there may be delays in snow removal during heavy snowfall in winter - a 4x4 is also recommended. Guest access There is a 5.5-room apartment available with a nice outdoor seating area and plenty of space to be and play. The agricultural zone is around the whole house
