Upstairs we find a double bedroom with a bathroom and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is open space and functional, with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. The garden is very spacious, complete with a table and chairs to eat or have an aperitif outdoors in peace. The living room contains a double sofa bed; the spacious double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living terrace containing deckchairs to relax. The bathroom is complete with everything, shower and bidet. A washing machine is also available. All spaces are very bright with exposed wooden beams, as shown in the photo. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the year. It also has a private parking space for cars/motorcycles, free of charge.
