This red wooden house has a veranda, a spacious garden and is within walking distance of Lake Möckeln. Inside are a spacious living and dining room with access to the veranda, a cozy sitting area with wood-burning stove and a compact kitchen with dining table. The bathroom (shower and toilet) bathroom is downstairs. The space This classic, red wooden house is 126m2 and dates back to 1936. It has a veranda and a spacious garden around the house. The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Diö, where a pizzeria, train station and ice rink can be found. Within walking distance is the Möckeln lake, which guarantees wonderful Swedish outdoor experiences in every season. You can hike, swim, grill, kayak, skate and sled. At the back, the house borders a forest, where you can play and find various fun running laps. About the space The house consists of different rooms with their own character. There is a spacious living and dining room, with French doors to the veranda and garden. In addition, there is a cozy, smaller living room with wood-burning stove and relaxing chairs. Adjacent is the kitchen with a dining table for a smaller company. The bathroom is also downstairs. This is small, but has a nice shower and toilet. There are three bedrooms: a double room with a queen size bed downstairs, and on the upper floor there is a single room, a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack, and a bedroom with a double bed (the beds in this room can also be placed as two separate box springs). In addition, in a bedroom of your choice, an extra bed can be placed, and a crib is available. The house can be rented in all seasons and is heated with an air heat pump on the ground floor, supplemented with electric radiators in each room. In the living room, a cozy wood fire can be lit. The kitchen has a four-burner electric stove, combined with a spacious oven. There is a fridge with freezer and a microwave. There are plenty of pans and baking utensils (such as baking molds, mixer and hand blender) available. We also have a high chair, a basket full of Duckies and other fun children's toys.
