Our newly renovated rear building on the outskirts of Chemnitz offers plenty of space, loving furnishings & a large fenced garden – perfect for families, business travelers & dog owners. Or are you planning a family vacation, a meeting with friends or a MotoGP visit? Then you've come to the right place! Our newly renovated rear building is lovingly decorated, accommodates up to 7 guests and is in perfect balance between nature and city – quiet, green and yet in the middle of it all. Location & accessibility – it doesn't get any better! 5 min. to the surrounding forests – perfect for walks & jogging 5 min to Messe Chemnitz – ideal for business travelers & exhibitors 12 min. to downtown – for culture, shopping & restaurants 5 min. to all highways – fast connection in every direction 15 min. to the Sachsenring (MotoGP) – a dream for motorsport fans! What to expect in the accommodation: Plenty of space for work & relaxation: 3 double rooms & 1 single room Additional beds & crib possible Spacious 120 m² living space 2 guest toilets – no morning traffic jam in the bathroom Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine – because coffee just has to be! Pack your bags (and dog leashes) and make yourself at home! The base price is for up to 3 people, each additional person costs extra per night. Please enter the number of guests that are more than 3 to see the correct price. Otherwise, leave it on "1 guest" and let us know how many of you there are. Guest access We are very happy to be there for you personally to welcome you and show you everything. If not, there is a key box - so you can easily access it. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here! For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a one-time flat rate of €20 per dog per stay. Our Hinterhaus on the outskirts of the city has been furnished with a lot of love, time and care – therefore smoking is not allowed in all interiors. We ask you to use the outdoor area instead and treat the place as if it were your own home. This is the only way for future guests to enjoy the same feel-good atmosphere. Thank you for your understanding! Important information for your planning: One room is not usable, as I work there from time to time as a child, youth and family coach. (Don't worry – never on weekends!) Now and then, craft work can take place because we still want to make it more beautiful for you.
