Walking distance to Råå center, a fishing village south of Helsingborg, with many nice restaurants and about 200 meters to Råå vallar which is a popular beach. About 100 meters to the bus stop with buses every 10 minutes into central Helsingborg. Walking distance to Hedens sports ground, Råå sports ground, fast food restaurants and grocery store. Final cleaning is not included in the price, cleaning utensils are available.
