Quiet solitude for a relaxing stay in West Texas where cowboys are king. The space The Guest House is the former headquarters to the Lee Smith Hereford Ranch from the 1950's and 60's. It has an awesome view of the landscape while nestled among the native mesquite and cactus. Over the years, the Lee Smith Ranch evolved and today the Tucker Ranch consists of Angus and Angus Cross cattle. There is an abundance of coyote, wild pig, varmints, quail, turkey and deer. The ranch sits in close proximity to numerous historical ranches including the Four Sixes Ranch, Pitchfork Ranch and the Matador Ranch. The property lies in the heart of 'the Big Empty' of west Texas and captures the full essence of ranch life. Guest access When you turn your vehicle into the long drive of Tucker Ranch, we hope the property invites you to enjoy what nature offers. We appreciate your curiousity and are happy to entertain your questions and to point you into the right direction for our local points of interest too. Other things to note A short 30 minute drive further west will land you in the middle of the historic Four Sixes Ranch located in Guthrie, Texas. Here you can take a tour through the historic ranch.
