It is an unforgettable pleasure. We are waiting for you. Guest access The QB, with 5.5ha completely fenced, can be circumvented in its entirety by the existing trails both on foot and by bicycle. The entire environment is free for guests to access, being able to make use of the car park, swimming pool (It can be used all year long, it has a special cover to heat the water or protect on windy days). It is an unforgettable pleasure, garden beds, gardens, lawns, woods, ecological toilet, access to the houses and surrounding area, except in the marked areas and in particular the lake/ unprotected dam for access by children. Children must be kept under supervision by adults, especially in the pool area (depth 120 and 180) and the dam where it is expressly forbidden for them to remain and/or use without parental supervision - in the pool it is expressly forbidden to jump, it is mandatory to shower beforehand, food and drink unauthorized, leave the space tidy and clean. In times of high temperatures and wind, barbecuing may be prohibited, do not leave it unsupervised and do not make a fire outside the places for this purpose - oven and barbecue grills exclusively. Respect good hygiene rules at home and outdoors, using the available containers for this purpose - container for undifferentiated items in the house, organic/compost and even various recycling located outside.
