Located on a quiet hilltop, our accommodation "Chichibunbun" features a newly renovated, beautiful interior and spacious grounds. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3-4 adults, and we aim to make it enjoyable for children as well. It is a convenient location that allows you to quickly get to the city. It is also suitable as a base for trekking, mountain climbing, and pilgrimages, as a lodging for bikers and fishermen, and for teleworking. The space The site is over 100 tsubo (approx. 330 sq. m), and you can enjoy BBQ, hammocks, and a plastic pool in the veranda and artificial turf garden. The parking lot has space for two cars. It can accommodate four motorcycles. [Suitable for the following uses] ・Enjoy Chichibu Resort with your family ・Use as a base for mountain climbing and trekking ・Use as a base for Chichibu pilgrimages ・Use as a lodging for visiting anime holy sites ・Use as a touring lodging for bikers ・Use as a lodging for mountain stream fishing The building is about 50 sq. m and can accommodate 3 to 4 adults. The living and dining room has a three-seater sofa and a smart TV, and you can also enjoy PlayStation and DVDs. A brand new system kitchen and a four-seater dining table, refrigerator, oven range, toaster, electric kettle, and rice cooker are installed. The system kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils and tableware. *Condiments such as salt, soy sauce, and vinegar are provided, but please bring your own if you need anything else. The toilet is located at the entrance and is not connected to the rooms, so privacy is maintained. There is a reasonably sized washroom, the bath can be reheated, and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. *Towels are not provided, so please bring your own. The closet in the 6-tatami bedroom contains bedding for three people. If four adults are staying, one person should use the sofa. There is an information board and pest spray at the entrance, so please use them as appropriate. The outdoor storeroom contains service items for outdoor use such as BBQ sets and hammocks, so please use the special key. Please only use hand-held fireworks. If you use them on the artificial turf, they will melt, so please use them on the opposite side of the property. Please also fill a fire bucket with water and use it. Guest access The large area is one of Chichibunbun's attractions, but the slope on the forest side is steep and dangerous, so please be careful not to cross the animal net and enter the forest side. Other things to note Our accommodation provides services and sets prices based on the manners and morals of our guests. In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have established the following terms of use based on Article 9 of the accommodation agreement, so please observe them. If you do not observe these terms, we may cancel your accommodation contract. In that case, please note that we will not refund any fees. In addition, when you complete your reservation, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. 〇 About the use of the facility ・You cannot use the facility with more than the capacity. ・Pets are not allowed to stay with us (this does not apply to dogs that are allowed to accompany guests). 〇 About our accommodation ・Smoking is prohibited indoors for safety, health, and fire prevention reasons. If smoking is found indoors, we will charge you various cleaning costs to remove odors and stains. Smoking is generally prohibited both inside and outside the premises, but please use a portable ashtray or similar to take cigarette butts home with you. You cannot throw them in the trash cans in the facility. ・Please refrain from taking equipment off the premises. These are only loaned to you by our accommodation. In addition, please do not leave them outside after use, as wild animals may cause trouble. Please make sure to bring them inside. ・You cannot take away any of the facilities or equipment from our rental villa. If theft is discovered, we will charge you for the cost. ・We do not allow you to bring in a barbecue grill for fire prevention reasons. Please use the loaned BBQ set. *Please prepare charcoal separately. ・Please refrain from entering adjacent land or land other than public places, or from collecting wild vegetables in the vicinity. There is a possibility that they are being grown by neighbors. 〇About use ・Minors are not allowed to use the facility alone. ・Please refrain from any behavior that disrupts public morals or peace, such as shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, or talking loudly, which may cause a nuisance to neighbors. There are many permanent residents in the neighborhood and their daily lives are different. By agreement, please be especially quiet after 9:00 p.m. ・Due to agreements regarding disaster prevention and noise, bonfires are prohibited. (Only hand-held fireworks are permitted on the premises other than the artificial turf.) ・Separate garbage into recyclable garbage (cans, bottles, plastic bottles, metal items) and other garbage and dispose of them in the indoor trash cans. (Please take large garbage such as styrofoam home with you.) ・When enjoying a barbecue or outdoor meal, please be sure to follow the following rules. 　✓Finish by 9 p.m., including cleaning up. 　✓To prevent oil stains on the floor, please use plates to carry grilled ingredients such as meat from the stove. 　✓In the event of an emergency, fill the provided bucket with water to extinguish the fire. 　✓After use, you can leave the ashes as they are, but be sure to put the charcoal in the charcoal bucket and cover it. Make sure there is no fire in the net or ash tray. Also, to prevent burns, do not place the charcoal bucket on the artificial turf. ✓ Wild animals will play with the food, so please dispose of any leftover food or food that is not cooked or eaten as garbage. Never leave food lying around. ✓ Wash cooking utensils and tableware thoroughly after use and return them to their original place. ・Staff will enter and leave the property to clean after check-out time. ・For crime prevention and to prevent any trouble, security cameras and sound level meters are installed near the entrance. 〇Other matters to observe ・Please make sure the door is locked when you leave the property during your stay. Please make sure the door is locked especially when you go to bed. If you have a visitor, please make sure they do not open the door carelessly. If you suspect a suspicious person, please contact the manager or the police immediately. ・Please be careful of fire when you go out or go to bed. 〇Pet policy Pets are not allowed at this property. If a pet is found in the room after a guest leaves (e.g., if animal hair or odor is found), the guest will be required to pay the actual cost of house cleaning, bedding and equipment replacement, and compensation for damages suffered by guests. Some guests have allergies to pets, so we focus on cleaning, but pet hair, mites, skin, etc. are tiny and remain in the air for a long time, so they cannot be removed by regular cleaning. For such guests, not only are pet hair and odor unpleasant, but in the worst case, they may have difficulty breathing. In addition, due to the characteristics of the area, permanent residents live nearby. Pet noises may be a nuisance to the neighbors. Furthermore, wild animals may be seen, which may harm pets.
