There's a pool table upstairs for family fun. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, counter top, and stainless appliances. There's a gas grill downstairs with picnic table and sand toys for the kids to enjoy family time on the beach. This three bedroom, three bath home is a true treasure. The space Our house has an open floor plan downstairs with living room, kitchen, and dining area with patio deck access from the dining room. Large windows provide amazing views of the ocean. There is a fully stocked, newly remodeled kitchen in April 2023 with all the amenities of home. Also downstairs are two large bedrooms with a bathroom off the master. There is a newly remodeled second bathroom downstairs off the hall. Pool table is upstairs with an additional deck overlooking the ocean. The upstairs bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and single beds on top. A third bathroom adjoins the bedroom. There are three total bathrooms in the house. We have smart TV’s and high speed internet/WiFi to keep you connected. The hot tub is located outside on an additional lower deck area with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. We also have corn hole, a gas grill, fishing poles, and beach toys for the kids. There is an outdoor shower downstairs to rinse off after your beach adventure.
