The space This detached, modern cottage offers a luxurious, rural experience in a fully accessible, single-story home. "Het Paviljoen" is fully equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious fridge, combi microwave, dishwasher, four-burner induction stove, Quooker and a Nespresso machine with milk frother, plus a complete pan set and tableware. Thanks to the glass harmonica doors, you can step onto your own terrace, where you can enjoy a dinner overlooking the majestic walnut tree. The sun-drenched garden terrace is equipped with a dining table and even a barbecue for cozy evenings. The cozy dining/living room offers everything for a relaxing evening: a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV with access to most streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, PrimeVideo, Videoland), a large collection of books and magazines, and free WiFi. On colder days, you can warm up by the cozy wood-burning stove. With a generous 90 m², "Het Paviljoen" offers everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable experience. The house has underfloor heating, which also extends into the spacious, tiled bathroom with rain shower, designer radiator, bathroom furniture and second toilet. The two bedrooms offer plenty of space for your wardrobe and provide a quiet place to relax. The accommodation can accommodate up to four people, and with all the amenities, it feels like your own home. Other things to note The Pavilion is located on the grounds of Rick and Maartje, who have their home in the cozy, former coach house nearby. Here we live together with our dear dog Booker T, who is always up for a hug. In our garden, three cheerful chickens also dart around, which occasionally provide a nice surprise.
