This self-contained home is available to book exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned and sanitised for each new booking. We have a contactless check-in and check-out method to help you have a Safe-Stay and allow a minimum of 24 hours turnaround time between each booking. Please note that, unlike a hotel, we do not provide daily cleaning services. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay. NO-PARTY POLICY! All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. No wedding ceremonies of any kind at the property, including any bridal pick up Tea ceremonies, these are considered parties and not allowed. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied.
