The Summer House - Tiny Home with Hot Tub

The Summer House is a unique spot, where town meets countryside. Seconds off the motorway and a short walk from McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, yet surrounded by greenery. The Summer House has everything you need for a comfortable, luxurious stay, including an indulgent large shower, a generous sized patio area overlooking the common and a relaxing hot tub. The space This brand new, purpose built property is set within the grounds of the owner’s cottage, yet is self contained, completely separate and designed to maximise the views out onto the common. The Summer House boasts a comfortable king sized bed and the easy to unfold sofa bed allows for up to two children to join. There is a good sized kitchenette area, with microwave, portable electric hob, and fridge, perfect for a cosy night in. There is also an integrated washing machine and a built in wardrobe, with plenty of storage space. The table makes for a perfect and versatile dining or work space area, whatever the reason for your stay. Finally, the outdoor space has two patio areas, containing a small bistro dining set, two comfortable chairs and of course, the hot tub, to help you relax and unwind at the end of your day… or even during your day! Guest access Guests will have their own private access to the property and will have a self check in system. Other things to note We are very fortunate to have an abundance of facilities and areas of interest nearby. McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Village, which is only a short 5 minute walk away, has a large number of shops and restaurants, as well as fast food outlets and a cinema. Sainsbury’s supermarket is also very close by. There are two local pubs, which are about a 10/15 minute walk away and Bridgend town itself has a growing food scene and offers a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. These can be reached by a 5-10minutes car ride. Coity Castle is located within a mile from The Summer House and the wonderful coastline and beaches of Ogmore by Sea and Southerndown are within 15 minutes drive. For a more urban experience, the bustling cities of Swansea and Cardiff are both within a half an hour’s drive.
