POOL- LATE AUG. 1 Room rental w Private bath. Semi separate area of the house. New construction. Owner occupied. Very quiet. Walking distance to Amish village. Legacy bike trail runs along the tract and is a short 7 min bike / scooter ride to downtown restaurants. Siesta Key / Beaches about 15 min Drive. Very quiet home so no drama and looking for same. Fridge / TV in room. Wi-Fi. Microwave/ coffee in laundry room. Thermostat is always set at 76 degrees. Each room has a ceiling fan. During your stay Quiet and Chill are the MOST important things I look for in guests. You will not hear me slam doors, come home at midnight talking loud, talking loud on the phone or being loud . I will talk low past 9 30 pm while my door is closed so that you have a peaceful stay. All I ask for is the same. Great place to crash and get a good nights sleep before a fun day. Also may have another guest renting in front room who values their sleep and quiet.
