Spectacular House in Lake Colico

Charming house on the waterfront of Lake Colico, dreamed of to relax with the whole family. It has private access to 50 meters of beach not shared with neighbors, perfect for privacy. It is located on a large plot of land with native forest, to experience the magic of the south. It has a large terrace with a view almost above the lake. A couple of meters from the house, the site has a barbecue grill to enjoy a delicious outdoor barbecue. Other things to note The rate does not include gas or electricity. They are charged separately according to heating consumption, showers, etc. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked for a security deposit and the day after check-out, the unused portion of the deposit will be refunded. The security deposit will be $50,000 per day of stay and must be deposited well in advance of check-in. (A photo of the electricity and gas meters is taken upon your arrival and departure to calculate your consumption). Towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own. Pets are not allowed, nor guests in excess of the capacity of the house.
