Escape to our beachfront two-story co-living house in Poneloya, where you’ll find the perfect balance of privacy and shared spaces. Each of our four private rooms has its own bathroom, and guests can enjoy the communal areas, including a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy coffee bar, a beachfront seating area, a house-front terrace, hammocks, and a refreshing central courtyard. The space Outdoor showers are available for rinsing off after a swim, and two social bathrooms on the first floor provide extra convenience. Laundry services are available at an additional cost. We also have a small BBQ charcoal grill available if guests would like to use it. Board games are available for entertainment, and the house is just steps from the beach, offering incredible sunsets and a peaceful escape from the city. Guest access The shared kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Guests can enjoy various seating areas, including the beachfront lounge, front terrace, and hammocks. Two private parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 🚨 Please note: We currently do not have WiFi at the house. If you need internet access, we recommend getting a local SIM card with mobile data from Claro or Tigo During your stay If you need assistance during your stay, you will have access to the host’s contact number and messaging. Also, our friendly housekeeper is available to help with any questions or needs if you require in-person support. We will provide you with her phone number upon arrival, so you can reach her when needed. Other things to note Poneloya is a quiet and charming fishing village, just minutes from Las Peñitas for great surf and dining. Public transportation is available to and from León every hour, providing easy access to León for grocery shopping and city exploration.
