Other things to note 🏡 House Rules for a Comfortable Stay Welcome to The Country Villa! We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Kindly review and follow these house rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. 🔹 General Guidelines ✅ Treat the property with care and respect. ✅ The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. ✅ Valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of booking and check-in (Passport & Visa for Non-Indian guests; Government ID for Indian guests). 🧹 Cleaning & Hygiene 🛑 Cleaning Fee for Vomiting – A charge of ₹2000 will be applied if vomiting occurs outside the bathrooms. 🧼 The property is properly sanitized before each guest’s arrival to maintain high hygiene standards. 🔇 Noise & Music Policy 🚫 Loud music outdoors is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM as per Rajasthan Government orders. 🎶 While the villa is not in a residential area, we request guests to keep music at a respectable level at all times. 📢 Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction without a refund. 💡 Energy Conservation 🔌 Please switch off lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when not in use to help conserve energy. 🔐 Security & Guest Safety 🚪 Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property or before going to bed. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. 💰 Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit of ₹5000 is required at check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided there is no damage or loss. 📹 CCTV cameras are installed in common areas (entrance, driveway, pool, and living area) for safety purposes while ensuring guest privacy. 🏊 Pool Rules 🕑 Pool Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM (Pool lights will be turned off after 11 PM). ⚠️ Depth: 3.5ft at the shallow end & 5ft at the deep end. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Kids should use the adjacent baby pool under supervision. 🚿 A poolside shower & restroom are available for convenience. 🌊 Pool cleaning chemicals are added after 11 PM, making it unsafe for use until checkout. 🚭 Smoking Policy ❌ Hookah is strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to booking cancellation without a refund. ❌ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. ✔️ Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (balconies, terraces, and gardens). 🍽️ Visitors & Services 🚫 Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval. 🔥 Bonfire arrangements can be made upon request (extra charges apply). 📦 Food delivery is available via Zomato & Swiggy. ⏳ Early Check-in & Late Checkout ✔ Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per Seven Mirror BNB policy.
