Built in 1860, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space Living Room: Includes two couches, one is a sectional. Room is carpeted. There is a Roku tv with satellite programming, and a DVD player. High speed internet is provided. An extra HDMI cord is available to connect your own game console. A bookshelf contains a few toys and books for children, along with a small rocking chair. Dining Room: Open floor plan between this room and the living room. Large oak dining room set seats six comfortably. Highchair and pack'n play are stored next to the washer in the sunroom. Kitchen: Galley style kitchen with full sized refrigerator and gas cookstove/oven. Small appliances include: coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, crock pot, hand mixer, and toaster. Other: pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, saucers, bowls, cookie sheets, cutting boards, cooking utensil, can opener, dish soap, dish towels, and dish cloths. East Bedroom: Queen sized bed with medium-firm mattress with crisp, white sheets. Includes black out curtains, blinds, dresser, and clothes rack. West Bedroom (master): Queen sized bed with medium-firm mattress with crisp ,white sheets, night stands with built in power outlets, dresser, and walk in closet. Blackout curtains and blinds look out over the fenced in backyard. Bathroom: New flooring in this vintage inspired bathroom. Walk in shower with low thresh hold. Thick, white bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. Sunroom: This room has a queen sized bed. The cozy bed has white sheets and soft blankets. There is a curtain that can be pulled shut to separate this room from the kitchen for privacy. Two night stands with lamps, complete this cozy room. On the north side of the room is a closet for clothes and a new washer/dryer combo. Laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided. General: New central heat and air was installed in February 2025. You will see wall furnaces, but those are not in use. There is also a new tankless hot water system. Except for the new vinyl flooring in the bathroom, the rest of the home is carpeted. Outside: Parking is available on the street on the north side of the home. There is also one spot in the driveway. We are working towards getting a gravel pull-through on the south side of the house. The lot to the south of the home is a part of this property. The front porch has 3 steps. Two wood benches are on the porch. The backyard has a picket fence and a brick patio with lawn chairs. Guest access You have access to all room, except for a closet in the hallway, which will be locked. The garage is not for use. Other things to note The home sits on South State Street, which is one of the busier streets in town. Although not a highway, you may hear some traffic sounds in the living room and east bedroom. The convenience of the location makes up for the traffic. McDonalds, Sonic, Kings, and Dairy Queen are one block away and Riverside Park is 2 blocks south.
