Discover the charm of Bad Gastein with a stay in our beautiful, newly renovated apartments! We offer a small-scale accommodation that combines luxury, style and sustainability. The combination of classic mountain chalet feeling with contemporary style makes our apartments unique. With four nearby ski areas, beautiful hiking trails and many other possibilities for sporting as well as relaxing activities, Villa Valerie is the perfect base for both summer and winter holidays. The space We have one apartment of this type and 4 more apartments for up to 4 people (see our other advertisement for this). This apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a ceramic hob. You will also find kitchenware, crockery, a Nespresso machine and a kettle, so you can feel right at home. The kitchen is spacious enough to cook and dine together, with a dining table that offers enough seating. The living room also has a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV. The modern finish and the use of light colours create a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Guest access Guests have their own private apartment at their disposal. They can also use the garden (shared) and in winter the ski boot storage room. Other things to note General Terms and Conditions Renting Apartment in Villa Valerie Address: Valeriepromenade 4, 5645 Bad Gastein, Austria ________________________________________ Reservation, Payment and Further Settlement After making a reservation we will ask you for aditional information for registration and a Guest Card. The price includes heating, electricity and water. However, charging an electric car from the house is not allowed. A charging station will be prepared which can be used for a fee. ________________________________________ Arrival and departure times - Arrival: The apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. - Departure: You must leave the apartment no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. You can leave the key in the door or on the dining table. In exceptional cases, it is possible to arrive earlier or leave later. Please contact us for this to discuss availability. Occupancy The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people specified at the time of booking. Children also count as full persons. Maximum occupancy per apartment: 5 persons. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the landlord may refuse entry or charge €100 per additional person per day. Pets are not allowed. If this is not complied with, the landlord may refuse you further access without refund. ________________________________________ Completion on Departure On departure, the apartment should be left neat and tidy: • Clean kitchen utensils (the dishwasher may be left running). • Empty dustbins: o Residual waste, bio-waste and waste paper in the designated containers. o Plastic in the ‘Gelbe Sack’. o Glass in the bottle bank (end of street on the left). • Leave the refrigerator empty and clean. Failure to comply with the above will result in part of the deposit being retained to offset additional cleaning costs. ________________________________________ Liability The tenant is responsible for damage to the apartment, its inventory and furniture caused by himself or his co-occupants/guests. Repair costs will be borne by the tenant. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. Cigarettes smoked outside must be neatly disposed of and not left in the garden or driveway. If, during the stay, violation of general conditions occurs, or other unacceptable behaviour is observed, such as (but not limited to): nuisance in any way, smoking in the premises, damage to other people's property, or other unacceptable behaviour, the tenant may be denied further access to the premises and a fine may be imposed as compensation. Violation of the smoking ban will result in an immediately payable and uncontestable fine of €1000,- The landlord is not liable for damage due to fire, leakage, accidents or other causes, nor for damage to property of the tenant and his guests. If, in the event of force majeure, the lessor has to cancel the agreement, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
