Charming & clean cottage back end of the home with 1 double bedroom, sitting area & kitchenette overlooks deck area, or 2 or 3 bedroom option for extra cost, see 2 bedroom option separately. Perfectly & conveniently located on King William Road, 5 min walk to cafes & restaurants, variety of select boutiques & beauty salons, Air con, hair dryer, 2 toilets & 1 shared bathroom with ME ONLY. Reglexology only Sat & Sun. Pet friendly however, not permitted in BEDROOMS/BEDS/COUCH accidents/pet hair. The space You have 1 delightful DOUBLE room at the back of the home. Bedroom, sitting area in the middle that leads ONTO large deck area for stays from 3-10 days. off the sitting area is a kitchenette for you for private use. Dishes can be washed in the main kitchen only. There is a full bathroom which is shared with myself if I am in resident, I generally will use the bathroom when you are not in resident or late at night. There are also 2 toilets. There is also 2nd double bedroom (not queen) and arrangements can be made for a 3rd bedroom. School or Christmas school holidays are also available for optional longer breaks to families from 7-14 days. Pet friendly although no pets in bedrooms at all. Guest access Arranged once the booking is made and by private communication with me. During your stay Entirely your choice. If you prefer complete privacy, the accomodation provides that. Other things to note 1 double bedroom per night $200 a night if you would like to book 2 bedrooms for additional guest with you the pricing is $400 a night for both bedrooms. No pets AT ALL in bedrooms or on beds/couch only. There is sufficient space in the sitting area, deck and back yard for pets. Areas include for you and your group, both bedrooms, bathroom x 2 toilets, sitting areas, kitchenette and decking area.
