The Casa del Belvedere consists of 5 apartments housed in a historic early 1900s country manor house, located just 1.5 km from the regional airport, in an optimal position for those who want to tour Umbria and visit its wonderful cities of art. Between Perugia and Assisi, in a quiet and green area, the apartments were all renovated in 2024 and can accommodate up to 20 people. Come and visit us! The space Characterized by an elegant combination of vintage furniture and contemporary accessories, all apartments are equipped with every comfort: free WIFI, spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, modern bathrooms with shower, bright living rooms with sofa beds and well equipped kitchens. They are perfect for groups of friends who want to share their vacation by staying in the same structure while maintaining their privacy, or for families who want to stay together. The apartments are close to each other and each has its own private entrance. During the summer, guests can also enjoy a large garden with gazebos, tables and chairs, to spend pleasant moments in the open air.
