Accommodation in Sandika

Modern new accommodation near the water and near Östhammar. The house was built in 2020 and has all modern amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and induction hob, water toilet, shower, combination washing machine, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, glazed terrace, etc. On the lawn there is a trampoline and some garden games such as kubb, football, etc. Charging box is available and is charged SEK 2/kWh separately. Nice swimming area is within walking distance, about 300 meters, from the house. Usable water, but not the best. 2 bicycles available. The space In the house there are three bedrooms, one room with a double bed (180 cm) and two rooms with a single bed (90 cm) each. In the guest house on the terrace there is a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). Guest access You may use the whole house, the guest house and everything on our property. However, we want you to respect the neighbors' properties. Other things to note We primarily rent to families with children who want to relax and enjoy our cozy house and neighborhood. We lock some of our things in a cabinet and make some space in the closets, fridge and pantry for you, but everything will not be empty. For longer stays, you will need to check the chemistry in the hot tub and refill with chlorine. There are some toys that you are welcome to use, including for the pool, but also other things such as a trampoline, crayons, a doll carriage and board games for both children and adults.
