Rural cottage at the gates of Normandy Maine park: The house is located in the middle of the countryside, 3 km from the village of Mont Saint Jean, offering a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room (20 m2), a dining room (20 m2), a bathroom with bath, Wc on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of 15m2 with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, another of 15 m2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the third of 12 m2 with a double bed. The house is surrounded by a gravel courtyard of ~ 200 m2 and a meadow. There is a garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. It is located 5kms from Lake Sillé le Guillaume (supervised swimming in summer, pedal boat, mini-golf, pony, mountain biking circuits ...) and the 3,500 ha national forest (hiking and mountain biking circuits accessible from the House). In the surrounding area, you can visit Saint Léonard des Bois, in the heart of the Mancelles Alps, with the possibility of going on beautiful hikes. In summer, you can descend the Sarthe by canoe. Do not forget to visit the Gasseau area. The village of Saint Céneri, on the edge of the sarthe, classified in 'The most beautiful villages of France'. The village of Sainte Suzanne is also classified in 'The most beautiful villages of France'. The nearest major cities are  Alençon (lace museum and door of Normandy) and Le Mans (Cathedral, Vieux-Mans, 24 hours of cars). You will taste a pleasant holiday in a house with a family character, in a calm and serene environment.
