The space The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 spacious kitchen, a large living room with an open fireplace, a dining set and a cosy armchair corner, as well as a couch set with a fantastic fjord view. There is also a small cottage with 2 comfortable beds on the property, which is not only popular with children. The kitchen is equipped with a large freezer, electric cooker with oven and microwave. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room. In addition to a large terrace and garden, the house also has a fishing pier. The jetty and garden are fenced off from the fjord, so the property is also suitable for children. The rich fishing grounds in the area are easily accessible by boat (this is only available from April/May to September/October due to the weather). Outside the summer months, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. A portable stereo, a large LCD TV, a video recorder, a DVD player and our small video library, as well as a Nintendo game console and other amenities round off your holiday pleasures. Due to the mountain range behind the house, which makes satellite reception impossible, the TV only receives 3 Norwegian TV programmes, but also various radio stations. We are happy to provide you with a free WLAN to check your emails or use the internet. The energy costs are billed according to consumption. To compensate for the massive increase in electricity costs, we charge 0,60 Euro per kWh. A 15 ft boat with a 20 hp 4 stroke Yamaha engine is available for rent for 250 Euro per week or 50 euros per day. Please book in advance. Invoicing afterwards. A deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord in advance! Guest access Parking for your car is available directly at the house. Access to the house is secured by a key code and we will gladly provide you with the corresponding code before your arrival. Other things to note WLAN available free of charge. A first tank of petrol in the boat and a reserve canister for transport are available for you to enjoy a relaxed trip. Please replace/refill your petrol before departure. Please also leave the life jackets clean and tidy. Free car park on the property. Please bring your own bed linen + towels + tea towels. As a tumble dryer has now been purchased, it is possible to hire bed linen and towels for 15 euros per person. It is intended that the next guest dries this linen in the tumble dryer, washes it if necessary and puts it back in the cupboard. A flat rate of 10 euros is charged for this. Their electricity consumption is also billed afterwards. To compensate for the massive increase in electricity costs, 0.60 euros per kWh including the Norwegian transfer fee will be charged. Security deposit: Guests staying 3 nights or more must transfer a security deposit of €300 in advance and should be received at least two weeks before the start of the holiday.
