The space Please note two important legal requirements for the stay: • Tourism tax: This is €2.50 per person (over 15 years old) per night. Please place the amount on the kitchen table before departure. • Registration form: In Austria, every guest must be officially registered. Please fill out the form on site and place it on the kitchen table together with the tourism tax before departure so that both can be submitted to the authorities. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, which are divided as follows depending on the booking: When booking for 1–2 people, one bedroom can be selected. The toilet is not in the bathroom. ———————— ❥ Foyer: The foyer/hallway leads to all rooms. ———————— ❥ Balcony: A balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and experience the rustic charm of the surroundings. ———————— ❥ The fireplace in the garden may only be used by prior arrangement and reservation. Independent removal of firewood without consultation is not permitted. The cost of firewood is not included in the offer and will be charged according to consumption – alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own firewood. ———————— And please take it easy if a fly or spider happens to wander into the house. Please don't hurt the little guy – no killing, no injuring, nothing at all. Just shoo them outside, let them go free, or make 🍻🤗 friends with them. After all, you only have one life. ———————— Important information if you bring a dog: Please note that we are currently allowing dogs in our accommodation on a trial basis. 🐾 If you bring a dog, the following applies: • Dogs are not allowed on the bed or couch. • Please bring your own dog bed, a towel, and food and water bowls. • Please remove all dog hair from the curtains before leaving (I mention this specifically because our cleaner has already threatened to quit due to the extra work). • Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. Our large meadow (open the metal gate to the meadow and go through) right next to the farmhouse orchard is ideal for walking the dog. Since points 1–5 are your responsibility, there are also no "high" fees. I don't want to change the listing to "no dogs allowed" as this would unfairly discriminate against well-behaved 🎀 dogs. So let's keep it simple and follow these rules. ———————— ❥ This beautifully furnished guest apartment is located directly in one of the most beautiful places in Styria, not far from the Hochschwab. ❥ What Upper Styria has to offer: Numerous routes for hikers, ski tourers and snowshoers await you in the surrounding area. Tobogganing, skiing on the ski slope or ice diving and ice bathing in the nearby lakes are popular here. If you'd like to go ice swimming in winter or swim with the fish in summer, be sure to visit our "Freizeitteiche Seebach" campground, which we operate independently of this apartment. ———————— Guest access The garden and the outdoor sitting area may be used by guests. We ask that you leave the garden furniture in its original place or return it there after use. Other things to note This apartment has a kitchen with a balcony door and is ideal for travel groups. The accommodation covers the entire upper floor of our farmhouse and has private access via an outside staircase, with views of the farm and the surrounding countryside. Ideally suited for hiking groups, ski groups, climbers, water lovers (swimming or ice diving), winter excursionists and for company outings. ———————— Arriving from Vienna or Graz Airport: There are taxis or Uber, but the cheapest option would be to hire a vehicle through CARjet, which is available at the airport, with insurance, etc. at favorable conditions. ———————— Formula 1 Spielberg & MotoGP Grand Prix in Austria: Please book your stay in advance to ensure a wonderful experience. After the event, there is the possibility to use our lakes (no dogs allowed in the water). There is also a nice bistro there during the bathing season, which welcomes guests in the evening.
