House in the countryside with garden Bedroom no. 1

The house has a large garden and is located in the countryside while being close to Bourgoin-Jallieu and the highway entrance (8-10 minutes) that will take you to Lyon, Annecy or Grenoble. Each room accessible by secure key, has a 160 x 200 bed + 2 chairs. - linens and towels provided - shower gel and shampoo, washing machine and dryer if needed A bakery-pastry shop located 250 m away offers 1 breakfast option at €5. A 1000 m² Netto is 400 m away. The space I welcome you to my 113 m2 house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a small subdivision. Each bedroom (13m2) benefits from a queen size bed (160 x 200) + nightstands + desk with lamp + 2 chairs + possibility to store some belongings in the closet/wardrobe. Separate access by secure key for each of the rooms. Windows with mosquito nets. Wifi access. You will have shared access to the lounge, bathroom and toilet (1 separate + 1 in bathroom) as well as the swimming pool on sunny days Possibility to enjoy the living room table, microwave and cutlery for a quick meal, however I do not share my kitchen utensils (pots, dishes, oven) for more elaborate cooking. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people and interacting. I love nature, mountain biking, hiking, and discovering other horizons. I speak English. Other things to note The house is located in the countryside in the municipality of Eclose-Badinières, 8-10 minutes from the entrance of the A43 Gare de Bourgoin-Jallieu about 15 minutes away. Lyon St Exupéry Airport 35 mins away By train from Bourgoin station: 30 and 45 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu and Lyon Perrache train stations from Bourgoin-Jallieu By car: 1 hr from Grenoble, 50 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hr 15 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Crémieu 1h15 from ski resorts like Les 7 Laux, Chamrousse and Villard de Lans. Very nice hiking trails in spaces combining forest, ponds, and open spaces 2 km away with magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Alps. Possibility to make large mountain biking routes accessible to all, with very few passages on the road. Depending on my availability, I can organize Vtts outings during which I accompany you, at the price of 15€ per person.
