Surrounded by fields, forests and not far from the Havel, which invites you to swim and drift, we are happy to welcome you to our spacious courtyard. Here you can relax, enjoy the huge terrace, linger under the veranda of the summer kitchen, eat, celebrate, work and relax with friends, family or acquaintances, watch the wild geese and cranes during the day and marvel at the breathtaking starry sky at night. The space Around the house, into the beautiful old courtyard, up a few steps (taxi drivers use the elevator on the terrace to get to the accessible ground floor) and you are on the ground floor of our 130-year-old farmhouse. On the ground floor there is an extensive living area, here up to 22 people can sit comfortably, eat, chat, play and discuss. The transition to the generously equipped kitchen is a dining room, seating for 8 people. From there it also goes to the terrace, which opens up the view of the wild yard, behind it the dilapidated barn and the meadow (which unfortunately cannot yet be walked completely without stumbling). 2 large bedrooms with comfortable 160x200 beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, an accessible bathroom ( the entire ground floor is threshold-free) complement the ground floor to the central meeting point for large groups renting the whole house. The ground floor solo is also very suitable for smaller groups or a family. The creaking wooden steps up to the upper floor, there is 1 further bathroom on the right, 3 very large bedrooms, all equipped with 160x200 beds, one of the rooms additionally has a sofa bed. A walk-through room invites you to play and read, the fire red sofa there turns into another comfortable sleeping place if needed. The newly developed left part of the upper floor shows how old, very old and new looks together, each room has elements from the original building, a previous renovation and the great work of our carpenters. This is how an area was created here, with a separate kitchen, which is fully equipped, which can also be used separately. 3 rooms under new roof windows to be darkened, 2x queen beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, a new beautiful bathroom. The kitchen merges under the open beams into a small dining and living area, which is beautifully lit, especially in the evening. Other things to note Behind our house is nothing, meadow, fields, then the forest. But we are part of the village, our neighbors are friendly people with whom we maintain good contact. Therefore, our house is not available for noisy groups or loud celebrations. There is parking for cars on the farm. Attention, until further notice the train does not run between Hamburg and Breddin and not between Breddin and Berlin. There is rail replacement traffic.
