Seaside at Aguas Calientes 3 is a geothermal room with a private bathroom and a king size bed. It does not have air conditioning. The kitchen area is outside. The room is a short walk from the pool and has a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. The space Casa Termales is a property that has several separate units or rooms, all overlooking the Sea of Cortez. It has full beach access and a geothermal pool, accessible for each room. The views from each room are spectacular, adorned with dolphins, whales and sea lions as well as numerous species of birds. Casa Termales is a 12-minute drive (4.8 km) from the nearest market (Oscaritos), located in the village of El Sargento, with several restaurants, cafes and markets. This property has very easy access to the beach, and right across the street are the Northern trails, ideal for mountain biking, trail running and hiking. You can rely on the Trailforks app, which displays a detailed map of the trails. Guest access We have many common areas throughout the property, as well as beach access and a fitness room overlooking the ocean. There is an outdoor cooking area, fire pit (You provide your own firewood) The house property has a closed access and the parking lot is just inside the doors on the left. It's a short walk to the rooms or units. Other things to note For the comfort and peace of mind of all guests, children and infants are not allowed. Adults only. The room price includes up to two adults. There will be an additional charge for each extra person. The property is paved and has many levels, slopes and overhangs. It's very important to be careful with the steps and the slopes. Thermal pool temperatures can fluctuate daily. Please be aware of this before entering the pools.
