Guest access The location of the Casin dei Spiriti, away from the tourist streams, makes it an oasis of calm, conducive to rest and reflection, and also the starting point for the discovery of the city and its major events. Indeed its proximity to the Grand Canal and Fondamente Nuove allows to join all the interesting places of the city but also the islands of the northern lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello). And the airport is 20 minutes taxi-boat or 40 minutes by Alilaguna. The Piazzale Roma (car parks) or the train station are a few minutes away by vaporetto. The access is Fondamenta del Abbazia by a monumental entrance, overlooking a garden, then in the building shared between a Foundation (exhibitions) and the apartments.
