We only live upstairs but we can use the laundry room in the basement if needed. Small fridge, kettle and coffee maker are available in the recreation room. Of course, you can use the kitchen upstairs if you want. A small, friendly dog lives in the house every other week so he can be on site. There are also children living in the house. There's an open staircase from the living room to the upper floor. Large garden around the whole house with neighbors quite close. A soccer field is located right at the property line. A small shop and pizzeria are within a 5-minute walk. 15 minutes by car to Kalmar city. 20 minutes by car to Öland. Swimming area and beach at Rafshagen about 10 by car.
