House in Vibaño

Casona Los Paxarinos, with license VV-724-AS. Typical Asturian construction from 1870, renovated in 2024, in Vibaño, Llanes. 10 minutes from the main beaches and coves. The AS-115 road takes you to the village and is the one you can continue to the Picos de Europa or, for example, Arenas de Cabrales, which is 24 minutes from the house. From here you can reach Cangas de Onís in 34 minutes and Gijón and Avilés in less than an hour. It's all up to you! There are routes, walks and activities for all tastes! The space The house has, on the top floor, two bedrooms with a 150cm bed, another with two 90cm trundle beds, a living room with a 135cm sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower. Downstairs is the dining room, living room, full bathroom with shower and kitchen with direct access to the patio with porch and barbecue. It has WiFi, TV on both floors, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and capsules, kettle and all kinds of utensils and kitchenware. Induction hob, oven and microwave. The area of the house is quiet, peaceful, surrounded by greenery. The only thing you hear are the sounds of nearby animals: sheep... A place to disconnect from the noise and to wake up filling the view. We renovated the house with a lot of effort, dedication, sweat and a few tears, with the intention of starting a new life project there, but life circumstances have made us delay our change. So we thought that, for the time being, we could make other people enjoy this unique space. The renovation has been done while maintaining the original essence of the house, preserving its wide stone walls and its oak and chestnut beams. The village is very quiet and is surrounded by nature. Vibaño is a town without services, which makes it especially quiet, but 6 minutes away by car is Posada de Llanes, a very lively town all year round and with everything you need: supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars... It has a FEVE station! The house is located at the end of the village, in the Barrio de Las Riegas. From there, several paths lead to the mountain. Our house has all the necessary amenities to make life in it enjoyable. In summer you can enjoy, after your excursions, a patio with a porch (Watch out! We're in Asturias!) while you prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy the views and tranquility. In winter you can rest and relax watching the fire consume wood in the living room stove.
