The garden reaches the forest—nothing will disturb you, just nature all around. This century-old cottage has been enhanced with a few architectural touches and an extra comfortable, clean interior. In the village below, you’ll find three charming restaurants, a train for trips, and a large playground for all ages. You’ll love Loučná! The space In the space of the former barn, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sofa set, a dining area, and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped — including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, pots, and dishes. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is located upstairs. It is furnished with four single beds that can be stacked on top of each other. This way, unused beds don’t take up extra space. There is also a cozy armchair for reading. From the living room, French doors lead either to a wooden terrace or, on the other side, to a grassy area behind the cottage. The shed has space for locking up bikes and skis. You will also find a large charcoal grill and a grate for roasting over the fire pit. In the garden, there is a large fire pit with seating, a playhouse for children, swings, a hammock, and a bench with a scenic view at the highest point of the garden. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. You can park right next to the gable wall of the house on a paved parking area, and it’s only a few meters to the front door. Other things to note Cleaning is taken care of, so you don’t have to spend the last day of your holiday working. Just start the dishwasher with the used dishes, empty the fridge, and before leaving and locking up, make sure the French doors are closed and latched.
