The large, private yard provides ample space for children and animals. The space This house is located 25 km (or 30 mins) away from Thessaloniki in a fairly easy way to drive. It is a large two-storey property. The owner lives in the lower level while the top floor is where you are staying. Tha property is surrounded by a large yard and it is completely detached. Guest access Hello, Feel free to use the first floor of the house and all the outdoor spaces. We will be doing some work under the pergola, so that area will be off-limits for safety reasons. Other things to note -> Pellet Stove Operation Guidelines: - Pre-Use Cleaning: Before each use, ensure the pellet stove's combustion chamber is free of ash and dust. Use the vacuum cleaner or the specialized pellet stove vacuum cleaner, located nearby, to thoroughly clean the chamber. - Safety Precautions: Caution! Always ensure the stove door is securely closed while the stove is operating. - Ignition: Verify that the pellet hopper contains an adequate supply of wood pellets. - To ignite the stove, press and hold the "On/Off" button for two seconds. The stove will automatically initiate the ignition sequence. No further manual adjustments are required during this phase. Once the fire is established, adjust the desired temperature using the "+" and "-" buttons. Shutdown: - To deactivate the stove, press and hold the "On/Off" button for three seconds. - The stove will automatically initiate the shutdown sequence, which typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. -> Hot Water System Operation: - Activation: To activate the hot water system, locate the fuse box and switch the designated hot water circuit breaker to the "on" (upright) position. - Heating Time: The water boiler requires approximately 15 minutes to heat the water. - Capacity Considerations: Please be aware that the boiler's capacity is designed to provide sufficient hot water for a single shower.
