The space Spacious and unique family home in a repurposed school – Peace, space & nature Welcome to our special and spacious home (350 m²), located in a beautiful repurposed school in Heerde. This unique stay offers plenty of peace and privacy and is ideal for families or two couples who want to enjoy comfort, nature and space. Our house is located at the quiet rear of the building and directly adjacent to a spacious garden of 500 m². Spacious living room with play loft & luxury kitchen Downstairs you will find an impressive 90 m² living room with an open kitchen, sitting area with digital television and a play loft for the children. The loft has a trapeze and a boxing ball, and there are LEGO and other toys ready. The spacious and luxuriously furnished kitchen is full of comforts and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Here you will find a 5-burner ceramic hob, Quooker, two sinks, a fridge, freezer and a separate wine cooler. Everything you need for a delicious meal is within reach. Through the French doors, you can step into the garden, where a large dining table with chairs, a Weber barbecue and a fireplace for marshmallows await cozy evenings. In the summer, we set up a spacious swimming pool (4m long, 1.20m deep) with filters for extra cooling. Monumental staircase & spacious bedrooms Through the beautiful monumental staircase, you reach the upper floor. Here, there is a laundry room with washing machine, sink and clothesline. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with ecological mattresses, a private bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. In addition, there are three additional bedrooms: Two children's rooms with high sleeper beds. A double room with a box spring. An extra mattress or crib is available. Our home is perfect for two couples and up to three children (plus possibly a baby). Extra comfort & surroundings The whole house has underfloor heating for a pleasant stay in all seasons. Located within walking distance of the village center of Heerde and the beautiful Veluwe forests, this is the perfect place for relaxation and adventure. Cycling, hiking, playing or just enjoying the tranquility – it's all possible here. Come and enjoy this unique place where history and modern comfort come together.
