Welcome to your beach house in Itanhaém — unbeatable location: 3-minute walk to the beach. Here you will find space, comfort and practicality to gather family and friends. The house offers dormitories with bunk beds and double beds, a bathroom with a modern finish, a full kitchen (stove, coffee maker and countertop), a living room and a private garage. — No loud noise after midnight. No parties without prior authorization. NO smoking inside the home. Wi-Fi and house instructions will be sent when you confirm the reservation. Private garage for 1 car — let me know if you need more spaces. Private accommodations: you will only have access to the house you rent per night, NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE! Other things to note • Liability for damages: Any broken, damaged, or lost item must be reported immediately and repaired or replaced by the guest — costs will be charged. •No smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the house. •Cleaning at the end of the stay: We ask that you leave the house in order when you leave: collect the garbage, wash used dishes and organize the spaces as you found them. IF you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee will be charged •No parties/excessive noise: Avoid loud noise after 10 p.m. and do not hold parties without prior authorization • Report problems: Any malfunction or problem should be reported to the host as soon as possible so we can resolve it
