The space This cozy 2-bedroom property offers comfortable accommodation, perfect for families, couples, or business travellers. Walk into the main bedroom which features a spacious double bed size, providing a restful and relaxing space to unwind and two single beds in the single bedroom, ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. The unit boasts a bright and welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and one clean, convenient bathroom. Guest access Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi ✔ Washer ✔ Iron/Board ✔ Premium Mattress's ✔ Free Parking Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm. Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
