Relax without reservation in our heated swimming pool with private terrace and garden from mid-April to September Our games room includes: a real bar dartboard, 2 arcade terminals with over 25,000 games including all your favorite classics, a rail shooter to shoot anything that moves, and a foosball table. You will enjoy all the amenities you need for your stay. Enjoy a unique experience. The space Semi-detached house in a quiet environment in the countryside, completely independent, you can enjoy an entirely private indoor and outdoor space. The pool is not shared and it is heated to 28°, and can reach 31-32° thanks to the sun. Rates from mid-April to mid-September include access to the pool, a surcharge will be requested if you wish to use the pool (€20/day)(depending on the climate). 10 min from Soissons, 20 min from Villers-Cotterêts, 50 min from Reims, 1h15 from Paris. A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm, a small reading area, as well as a space to store your belongings. Sheets are provided and your bed will be ready for bed. The second sleeping area is located in the living room - games room, with a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed. Pillows, duvets and linens are also provided. You will have access to Netflix. A kitchen with dining area facing the pool and the surrounding countryside, fully equipped, with essentials: coffee, oil, pasta, rice, salt, pepper... Simple breakfasts possible at your request, with a small extra charge. Ideal house for two, sleeping up to 5 people easily, without feeling too cramped. Please note that charcoal and fire lighters are not provided.
